Just read the information on the new changes being introduced later this year.
It seems you won't be buying any car in the future with tax on it, the old keeper will receive a refund for any full months left on the vehicle and the new owner will have to (as now with an untaxed vehicle) tax the vehicle from the beginning of the current month.
Looks to me like the government has managed to screw the motorist yet again.
How much extra tax are they going to get!

They've got to get the money for their index linked pension's from some where it sure will not be spent on the road's another case of robbing the poor to pay the rich :brickwall: :censored:
