07 1.6 hdi issue (electrical)

Hi all,

I am haveinbg some issues with my van, when the ignition is off there does not appear to be any power in the van, eg. no hazzards, central locking, lights etc. when ignition is on everything works fine.
As far as i know these items are controlled by the BSI unit so I guess this unit does not have any perminant live for some reason.

Does anyone know if there is a fuse maybe in the engine bay that would power this?

Any help would be great as my van will not pass the test without hazzards and horn.

Try the BSI reset procedure first.
