2010 Berlingo - Central Locking?

Does anyone know if all berlingo's came with central locking remote or not?
My van didnt come with a 2nd key, only the manual one, and just went to get a new flip key for remote unlocking and after shelling out £160 to get it "programmed" it ended up couldn't get programmed.

Does all Berlingo's come with the remote part?
I know it has central locking as the manual key unlocks all doors but if it doesn't come with remote, is it easy to retro fit?

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I know how to program, the key cutter told me and could find it online but it just doesn't seem to program?
It does have central locking, just can't do the remote part.

Just wondering if there were any known faults or if some berlingos came without the remote module?

Normally you need the code (key card) and to turn on programming via lexia or anybody could stand near your car and programme a remote to unlock your doors.

Have you had a chat with the dealer to see if he knows if you have remote central locking or not?

I think you will find a 'plipper' key was not standard with the most basic mk3, car or van so this suggests that while the van has central locking with key it does not have the remote.

Looking at my 2009 mk3 brochure it states 'Super plus pack' which includes 'multi function plip remote central locking' is only included on Vtr & Xtr models, not the basic VT car so I guess same with some vans. As stated possibly could be upgraded but best to take to main dealer, or at least get advice from there.
