On the hunt for a berlingo

Hey guys, thought I'd introduce myself as at the minute I'm hoping to get a berlingo mk1 when a good one pops up. Not found one with a sunroof, tow bar and sliding doors with the 1.8 engine, I'm not too fussed on the engine tbh and there's a nice one on ebay but with it being a trade seller they're wanting £995 for it which is out of my price range.

Did have a saxo but rot ate it away so I've got a set of awesome alloys to go on which is one of the reasons I'm wanting a berlingo. If I get one I don't have any big plans, fit alloys and lower it and maybe get it in matt black but will see.

Is it a berlingo multispace you're after ? I know of a berlingo van near you.

Yeah a multispace mate, I was after a van but then I seen the multispace and the sunroof just looks awesome. If I was going for a van I'd probably go for a slightly larger van like the dispatch or similar. Still undecided but hoping for a multispace.

The sun roof looks awesome...
(I have a 1.4 Mk. I with sun roof)

But the mechanism can wear out if it's not properly maintained, and changing parts I'm told is a pain. (My sun roof doesn't work. On the 'to do' list... )

To save confusion are you after one with a Sunroof or a Modutop?
The sunroof opens, the Modutop has glass panels
