Front panel replacement

Some kind(?) soul slowed considerably without reason after pulling away from traffic lights, no brake lights.

I now need to replace the front panel on my 2001 (Y) 1.6 petrol Multispace.

Can anyone point me in the direction of an exploded diagram or manual that will give me some idea of what needs to be removed and the best procedure?
