Remove backdoor keylock

in my van with 2 doors in the back. the key wont go inside the lock.
so want to change it. how do you remove this pice?

any clue?

Silly question I know , but have you tried giving it a good soak in Wd40?

Sorted mine as when I bought it the lock was rusted shut works fine now.

yes. but did not help. the key goes half way into the lock. and then its no hope of pushing it further in
