Oil in Coolant reservoir

Hi Everyone


While checking under the bonnet today I took the coolant tank filler off as it looked black and found oily residue on the inside, I have lost no oil, no foam on the bottom of the oil filler cap!


I am thinking this may be expensive! ? Can anyone tell me whats wrong?
