2 din head unit conversion mk3

Hello to all,

I have just bought new mk 3 Berlingo and now thinking to install 2din dvd with navi and removing original head unit.

Is there any models that can operate the info screen above the radio?

I found one tread, but writer hasn't been active this year so i haven't contacted him.

I don't think so, the button by steering wheel controls most of the display, ive got double din, the display no longer shows radio station and you can not change the clock

ok, that i was afraid, i wrote little confusing as i mean menu button on the radio that changes clock, date, daylights setting etc... Thinking that is it worth it to change 2 din or not.

Would love navi on the dash, but original radio founds every radio station there is. That feature is rare these days

Here are yhe units i have been looking. I experience as good the navi operates?

Pioneer AVIC-F960BT or Kenwood DNX4250BT. I did not link these as i look them on a finnish site

im using the kenwood dnx4230dab, fantastic bit of kit, the nav is garmin and works very well

The pioneer will allow you to use carplay, if you're using an iPhone. Certainly a tempting upgrade, if you are using a suitable iPhone
