Radio upgrades
#1
Hi all,

I'm looking to use Bluetooth on my radio, but it hasn't got it.  In the manual it tells you how to use the Bluetooth function and the radio looks the same.  Do Citroen use the same design of radios but have different models or can you just type in an upgrade code to release functions.   Does that make sense ??

Also the radio controls of few functions like rear window wipe when reversing and system diagnostic, so if I was to replace the radio with a smart radio, I would lose those functions, but is that a problem ??

Answers on a post card please....... Or here will do fine.

dont know full in and out, but my came with a audio pack of sorts so i had bluetooth and usb connection under the radio in the hole under radio. So maybe depends on the package of the car.

Hi Chrisville, Did you find an answer to your question about bluetooth as I have the same problem plus the cd player doesn't seem to play MP3 cds either.

You can do it with the help of a good car audio person...
As here in Australia I got quoted 1200 aud $ to get a original equipment Bluetooth radio and parts fitted, with no guarantee that it would work with my iPhone....
Kenwood and all part cost me 600$
I Have replaced standard unit with a Kenwood, with Bluetooth audio and calling ,MP3 and dvd and reverse camera .
All features via controls at steering wheel still work with a connect2 patch lead,so I can adjust clock and rear wiper setting with out having to put original radio back in...
No wires cut ,so can be returned to std easily..

Ctsp007.2 I think was the patch lead for the control interface..

Look in tuning and styling threads and read some of them.. Lots of us here have had it done...

Will pull radio out and take a picture of it.
No loose power leads , may have a loose (unused) connection from the steering wheel control adaptor... Will try pm you if I can work that out too

The trim panel I got was not for a Berlingo/partner .. I have a bigger gap in the bottom above heater controls...
My 3 year old put a dvd in there and I have not removed it...
Been looking in other posts about radio to see what what...
Did you get your stalk control to work?
