Central Locking

Day 2 of Berlingo ownership... The central locking has decided to die. My key only works for the driver's door, so I can't get into the boot. I don't have a remote fob and I knew that the central locking wasn't working from the driver's door lock, but previously pulling/pushing the plunger on the passenger door caused the side doors and boot to unlock.

Any ideas before I pull the doors apart? BSI computer up the creek? Fuses blown perhaps? It's dark and raining and I don't want to be crawling around in the footwell at night.

More than likely its knackered actuators,

For anyone interested, the problem with the central locking turned out to be simple and was fixed for the grand total of £0.00 - the tiny grub screws in the little aluminium block that joins the actuator rod to the door plunger rod had come unscrewed.

To fix this I just popped the door card off and used a small allen key to re-tighten the grubscrews on the two shafts.

Result!
