Berlingo Heater not heating up

hello , just wanting some help, my heater is not warming up.. i mean it's freezing .... have looked at the coolant levels and all is fine any other ideas.. can you flush out the heater itself??? and where is the heater control valve located???

any ideas would be great

Does it work with fan switched to number 4?

yes, fella all the electrics seem to work, it' just doesn't get warm the inlet pipe gets warm but the outlet is cold?? its a 2007 berlingo. trying to spot the heater control valve?? should i try to flush it???

It sounds like a blocked heater matrix.Try flushing with a good brand cleaner,reflush & try heater.If all OK refill system with good antifreeze/coolant,whatever it's called nowadays.

try back flushing bottom to top.be amazed how much crud can come out.
