Hi
Went to switch my windscreen wipers on today and they are not moving but I can hear the wiper motor . Washers all work as does the rear wiper. Any ideas what can be wrong?

Can you move the wipers manually? If the motor is running OK then I'd expose it and check the linkage between the motor and the wipers themselves. It may have come undone.

We had this very problem on my wife's mk 2. The nut holding the linkage on to the motor spindle had come off, easy job to remedy but needed a puller to get the wiper arms off.
