MK1 replacement wheels

Hello.
i have a 98 MK1 berlingo just as a workhorse.

I have a set of Citreon Picasso wheels that i want to fit.
Wheels are 6.5 x 16 with 205/55/16 tyres.

I also meed some longer wheel studs.

I know the tyres are too big for the van, they rub on the rear and on the front are very close to the front suspension spring mount.

So i want to fit these wheels with more appropriate tyres, i was thinking either 195/45/16 or 185/50/16.

Would any of these sizes fit with the Picasso wheels and not give any rubbing issues ?

Hi Andy. Yes the wheels should fit no problems. I have 7x17 Wolfrace alloys on mine with 205/40x17 so I would go for the 45 profile tyres with your 16 inch rims. Hope this helps. Mark
