Removing injectors

Just wondering what tools and how do I remove the injectors on a 1.9d Berlingo 2000 model have the manifold off just wondering how they come out do screw out or pull out? Thanks

They unscrew with a suitably large/deep socket, but be careful not to damage the two fuel return nipples with the socket...
