Hello. Thought I'd say hi! I've looked at posts in the past (great information) but thought I'd register and maybe contribute as and when.
I drive an 06 Berlingo XTR 1.6 75hp Diesel which I bought as an ex-demonstrator with 14 miles on the clock. Now done 130,000. I did own a brand new 2.0D in 2002 which I had for 2 years. It's our only vehicle and is a 'carry all' for the dog, bales of hay and business use too. Not cost me much in all those years/miles - needed the injectors checking (one had a nozzle replaced), but the mechanic got them out easily.
Smokes with grey smoke at startup - think some water is getting in. Runs rough for the first few mins but is going for a full service etc in 10 days....
Just changed the headlight bulbs today - what a game!!! The n/s is a sod but I remembered last time I undid the grill and the 2 visible screws on the headlight and levered it forward enough to get access - simple when you know how!!!
