I've been using my Berlingo 03 for a year now on weekends as my base for walking and gigging in the lakes.  I've got it just how i want it apart from one thing.  At the moment i suction cup blackouts to the windows but i want to put something a little easier in.  Any suggestions (photos or weblinks please).  Future projects are to install a leisure battery and have some power in here.

That looks really nice. I wish I had the talent to create something like that for the back of mine. Nuts and bolts I can do.. stuff like your little conversion - no way! I'd love something like that.

Have you thought about window tints instead?

I had mine done for £140 for all of the rear. It's now very private and in darkness, you can't see anything inside. Very private. I sleep in mine on overnight stops while fishing.

Pull down roller blinds would do it. Fasten them to the interior trim with self tappers or you could use sticky back Velcro to hold pieces of material up to the window aperture.

I work nights and get a 2 hour "lunch" break. Something like this, with tints, would be ideal for getting a few hours kip in.

I'd pay money for templates for the wooden bits <hint>
