Door locking motor unit buzz sound

Hi all, I have a 1999  with a buzzing coming from the locking  mechanism see pic below.
After looking at it looks like I can:

1) Take it apart, looks like its plastic welded closed,and does not look easy!

2) find a second hand or new one (expect they are quite expensive?)

3) find some alternative? any ideas welcome.

For the moment I just disconnected it!
Any one had any experiences or thoughts on this?  ...

Your best bet would be to track one down in a breakers or on ebay.

Thanks, anyway I ended up buying a new one, oooch for about €100 or  £70, apparently I had buy a load of other things to fit the new one! I'll pick it up tomorrow and see what I got? and what's changed!
