Thanks, i have never been a fan of the colour silver and personally think it's the only exterior design i really do not like but wanted the additional features of the xtr.

they plastidip whole cars and wheels, its also rubber, should be pretty chip resistant

ive painted plastic chrome before like your grill, and had them also done professionally and they chip quite easy

ive never used it but if you want the bits to look like your bumper I would give it a go, the advantage you can easily remove it and don't need to remove your bumper and grill. there are other brands available, ive seen it for £7.50 a can on ebay, plent of tutorials on youtube. I vinyl wrapped part of my bumper myself, you would need a very large sheet to do your silver bits without getting joins in vinyl. you could fit a base spec van bumper which would look like what you want to do but a lot of second hand bumpers don't come with the cheeks (bit under the light)
