Solid (no windows) rear doors?

I just found this on eBay. It’s the first I’ve seen of solid rear doors on an M49/59. How rare are these?

I say 'these' but it's really only the left door. The left door is solid windowless, and the right door looks like a window door that’s been modded to look like the left, by covering the glass.

There were loads of them when the M49 came out. We had 10 of them at work!

So approximately what percentage of M49/59 came with those doors?

I'm guessing a low percentage. I don't want it to dictate my choice of van when it comes to buying, so likely I'll pick some up from a breakers yard, if my chosen van comes without.
