Hi
I intend permanently exporting my 04 plate 1.9 diesel Blingo to France and have a couple of questions -
1. How do I get a Certificate of Conformity? You would think that a French car wouldn't need one to go back home - but who knows?
2. There are plenty of breakers in France so getting replacement headlights wont be an issue - but do the 04 cars have the flat-spread lights as standard - which would save me the bother?
Thanks all

Well have you though of the most obvious question??? The steering wheel will be on the wrong side and it will be almost impossible to over-take slow traffic on normal roads. Also the 'Psyhic' feeling of that moment you think your driving on the wrong side of the road, because the steering wheel is on the wrong side... Yes that moment your going head-on with the traffic coming at you.
