Good morning,
Just discovered this forum whilst researching 'Berlingo' info.
I don't have it yet (I'm on holidays), but should be collecting on May 25th.
It's an 2011 with modutop, so checking if the roof storage has any negative points!
Now retyred, but ran Berlingo vans for my business until retyring, always happy with them, but pretty sure they are even better now.
Looking forward to learning lots about me new Berlingo on here.
(I'm a motor sport addict, hence me status for retirement [re-tyre-d] !!)
Replacing my Skoda Octavia, had it for 7+ years without any problems, I can't find any fault with it after 42,000 miles, but just fancied a change, with plenty of storage/carrying space.

Thanks,
I have no kids at home (now late 30's & 40) so the roof won't be getting abused.
From the numerous adverts that I checked out, very few had the roof storage, but it sure looks useful.
I imagine it was an expensive option, hence not too popular.
Is the 2011 model hugely different to the original (chassis & body) Berlingo?
Looking at them on the road they appear to have changed in appearance, the front looks very C4 ish.
(I have not seen my Berlingo yet, I've put a deposit on it and agreed the PX during my holidays !!
I came on holiday with numerous car mags, determined to find my next wheels, and eventually decided to look for a Berlingo or Partner, the one my money is on is a 2011 XTR with the modutop and just 10,000 miles, but not home until 24th.).
If I'm not happy when I see I can have my deposit back, and I'll just look for another Berlingo.

Just an update, it's now over 3 weeks since I collected the Berlingo, I can't stop doing little trips, currently over 50 mpg too.
Totally delighted with the Berlingo so far.
My wife describes it as a van with windows, not so impressed with it (less street cred than a 'sports' motor!).

Your kids are 30 and 40 and your wife still worries about "street cred"
So where does this bit go then ?
