hi read your post on another page right you will probably find the has shredded now this usaly works its way into the timing belt and jumps/snappes the timing belt if it has jumped FIT A NEW BELT KIT DONT jipo it not worth it
remove the timing belt cover and starter motor just behind starter is a small hole about 8 mm push a brill bit into hole and turn flywheel by handuntill drill bit pops in to lock the fly wheel then 2 x 13mm bolts 1 will fit in a hole in the cam and one in the diesel pump if either wont fit into recesed hole then the timing has jumped
