[Steering & Suspension] How to get more ground clearance?

Hi guys

My M59 needs a little more ground clearance. 1.5 to 2 inches (4-5cm) with springs/shockabsorbers And maybe an extra inch with higher tyres.
The car is never heavily loaded, but needs to drive on rutted country and wood roads.

Can this be done with oem parts, or are there decent kits on the market?
I don't want spacer systems or screws opening the springs.
