I get awfully jealous of the mpg figures mentioned in Berlingo Threads. I have a 2011 Peugeot 112bhp diesel Teppee and can not get more than 54-55mpg even on long runs. It is is a disappointment after the 2.0HDi Berlingos I had for 10 years. I wonder if the rather fast 'anti-stalling' speed that both Citroen and Peugeot dealers say is normal (after a test drive) is wasting my fuel. Came out of Tesco today...up to 20mph with no foot on the pedal! I have to keep dabbing the brakes in slow traffic. Any one know how to slow it down? Other than that, the 4 year old, 20K miles Pug (I am retired now!) is running fine and tows the caravan a treat. In this respect far better than the old Berlingos.
