Will 18s fit

Guys ive a set of 8x18s with a 28 offset, now my question is will they fit, these have come off my mrs mini cooper 2004 and ill need to put a spacer with the pcd changed to suit my Berlingo, ill have a measure up and test fit, but has anyone got a set on?

The berlingo 15 to 27 off set 108 x 4 you mite need spigot ring's or the centre's mite be to small try to fit them to see what your up against

no, mini pcd is 4x100 im afraid

the mini cooper pcd, is 100, offset is 45, center bore is 56.1
the berlingo pcd is 108 offset is 26 center bore is 65.1
so by my reckoning, ill get the hubcenric spacers at 20mm which will take up the difference on the offset, and change the pcd to fit, plus get the center bore to suit, the only difference then will be the extra width on the rims of 30mm should take the in line with the arch, how does that sound to you guys?
