OBD ?? Berlingo hmm???

hi i v got question about obd port in my van
iv got

berlingo 2003 1.9D van
no turbo
no A/C


and is any one had a chance to connect Bluetooth obd scanner
and which one,

as i going to my mechanic is showing more option im looking for live data from van.
socket is green and if i connect the cheap one scanner red one from ebay to van red one is not schwinig any codes abut with my mech scanner is showing a code
but no dash light check engine nothing, is a chance there was something done to computer or connection?

or my van is to old to have something like that??

i was reading forum and didn't find a answer for my curious question.

OBDII is from 2005 and upward. Petrol from 2001. Sorry no cheap chinese bluetooth for your car...
