They should go straight on at that size, as long as the centre is right size. Berlingo are et19 but 1mm won't make much difference.
So where does this bit go then ?

early c5/pug 406 alloys, sure someone on here got a set on theirs, just make sure you got the correct genuine bolts

Thanks for the replies lads, got the wheels and they are a very tight fit. Assuming I need the specific Citroen alloys wheel bolts not with the flat head?

Sorted in the end. Bolts cost more than the wheels though!!
No problem fitting and no rubbing at all, look great too!
