I'm going down the diy camper route but just with a single bed, has anyone fited a swivle base or can you fit fold flat/forwards pasenger seat?

Some vans have a fold flat passenger seat with a tray on the back but if yours has seat air bags it may cause a problem.
So where does this bit go then ?
