Bluetooth and iPhones

Hi all

Hoping someone has encountered this!

I have a 2014 xtr with Bluetooth and an iPhone 6, and when I have an incoming call, the screen is blank where it should have the number of who is calling. We have two citroens and two iPhones and it's the same in both.

Is there a setting somewhere in the Citroen rd4 system somewhere to sort this?
