Bench seat from a 5 door in a 3 door?

Seen a cheap early 3 door Berlingo which I quite like (has full length sunroof which I want!) but also have 3 kids so want 3 proper seatbelts in back- the 3 doors only have 2 and a lap strap.

Without wishing to open another can of worms on seat modifications, do the rear seats from 5 door (which have proper belts) go easily into the back of a 3 door?

Would it not be easier buying a Berlingo Multispace?

Only I have my heart set on one with a full sunroof, and there aren't many about!
