Anybody towed a mini digger on back of their berlingo? Or whats the most weight you've pulled

It's not the most weight that you've pulled that counts, it's the legal plated weight you are allowed to tow, and on a Berlingo it's around 900-1300kg depending on model. I would have thought a mini digger is in excess of a tonne before you even consider the weight of the trailer it's on.
You might just be within the limits, but check your handbook for your particular model and compare the max braked towing weight to the all up weight of the digger (inc fuel, water, tools, extra buckets, and of course the weight of the trailer) Also pay notice to the GTW (gross train weight) This is the max the whole rig can weigh. If you put a payload in the tow vehicle, it can reduce your towing weight. Again, consult your handbook.

Towed a mini Kub no probs. Within weight and towed fine. Most challenging tow was a boom lift 3 hours north on the motorway. Box trailers with dual axle are also a bit weird if your van rides a bit low like mine! But it's all achievable just keep within your limits and the legal limits!
