Well, happy days,86k since last test and passed again with no advisories, same pads and shoes now for 110k,see what the next 12 months bring, she's had 11 oil and filter changes,4 fuel filters 3 air filters and a set of tyres after 90k,sounds excessive to some but since purchase my mpg is at 57.6 for the 12 months and no oil top ups between changes.........
.
.then on leaving the garage all happy the clutch pedal spring thing fell off haha just to remind me that it is a citreon after all.
So I've treat her to the sidebars....

well she's to earn me a living for as long as feasibly possible, very rarely sits faster than 2250 revs (57/58 mph) for hours on end, every day, gets what she needs usually before the recommended mileage and hopefully it will pay dividends over time,I can only do my part the rest is in the hand of the gods, I cant complain though up to now :-)

Its like any car i think, look after it and it will do the business. The MOT is generally reflected on the amount of hours you put into your car and how its driven. Its great to hear, well done and good on you.

Hardly done any miles since last MOT but it failed on a front ball joint. I fitted a new wishbone as it's the cast type and took it back for a pass so happy again for another year
So where does this bit go then ?

Getting expensive this MOT thing, last year failed on a brake light bulb....... this year even more expense with a split wiper blade. Change of venue this time as I felt that the Citroen dealer that we bought the motor off was beginning to piss me about and not the same quality of service as previous. This year went to my local independant Citroen garage, no frills, no spills but all up front and a happy customer...
