What engine? Year? 1st guess would be airleak or MAF but I cant see what it says on your vid (too blurred)

Check all vacuum and air pipework for leaks. Listen for a hissing sound (with engine idling) from Servo & pipework, also EVAP valve. Check MAP/MAF sensor

It sounds as if your engine is going lean on operation of throttle.
Other causes could be temp sensor but Diagnostics with live data would ideally be needed to be used. Your PP2000/Lexia will do this.

Hello I found on the throttle potentiometer irregularity:
One side of the resistance potentiometer has progressively increasing the other side gradually decreasing - and here is the problem with the first value decreases then increases and continues descending ... as it is mended?

I would have expected you to have a fault code of P1120-P1126 or P1214-P1217 depending on whether you mean App or TPS when you say "throttle potentiometer irregularity:"
