weird revving at gear change!
#1
Hi Guys and girls,

I was hoping my next post would be a positive one after fixing my clutch cable issue ( with your help).

However, although the clutch is still good, when the engine is nicely warmed up I've noticed my Berlingo over revs at gear changes!

I suspect it could be the switch on the clutch pedal, but all the posts I've read about it only mention its role in the whole cruise control fitting debate.

Can anyone enlighten me if it could play a role in my problem? It's all good until the engine is warm, but then starts over revving in the gap between gear selections.

Has anyone else experieced this?

Alan

1.6 Hdi engine (with clutch swich) and without cruise control.
