what does this display mean

i never got a owners manual with my car and wondering what the display on the odomiter is when i turn on the key it says min then some 00S then max

Do you mean the centre display if so it is showing your oil level.. Just don't rely 100% on it.

its the centre display it comes up with that then the miles to service then the mileage

Yes that's it, it's showing a 'guesstimate' of your oil level. It is worth checking now and then via the dipstick just to be sure.

I cant see which Mk you have if it's a Mk3 (post 2008) then yes it should have
