Newbie 2006 seats and rear spoiler

Hi to all this my first berlingo mutispace 
God only knows why I haven't owned one before being a plumber and a father to two kids .
1. Wanting new seats black and grey ones with trays on mind is a 2001 model with no side air bags does the 2006 model with airbags fit and would I have to do something with the electrics 

2. Rear tailgate spoiler   is their any out there

Nice alloys! Don't know if there is such thing as a rear tailgate spoiler for Berlingo?

Think you won't have problem fitting later seats to it, but I don't imagine you will be able to make seat airbags functional without some major work- would require another airbag ECU and some serious rewiring! Would think you could fit the seats without connecting the airbags though.
