Preferably not Autoglass, we use them through work and after noticing a crack in my 15 plate last Friday and phoning them up to sort it I was booked in for between 3-8 last Sunday 4.20pm I got a phone call to say the technician had been on a big jod previous to mine and would be unable to get to me. Problem I had was I was due to drive 100 mile north to Darlington that night, tried rebooking it for up here so the could come to hotel I was staying at to be told the earliest appointment would be Thursday but guess what come Thursday I'm back in Manchester. So now after what will be a 200 mile plus round trip the small crack in my windscreen is no a large 12 inch plus crack. I had a call of them apologising about the delay and was told they would provide a "good will gesture" when I asked what this would be they said once the job had been completed they would phone me to check everything was okay!! But if you're anywhere near Stockport/Manchester there's a bloke that called Mr Fixit who's good we used him for my older berlingo and other vans

A friend of mine used someone called Woody's windscreens. They arrived when they said they would and fitted a new heated screen in his Transit and were reasonably priced.
So where does this bit go then ?
