Someone put me out of my misery, How do I set the time on the bloody clock?

hi. on mine you just press menu button on radio......in there it gives, all options.........

Easy setting the clock on the touchscreen. Just wish I didn't have to adjust it by 5 minutes every bloody month!

Right, Finally got it. Thanks gazahull for pointing me in the right place.

It think I've pushed/held every button going today but was becoming so peed off with it that I must have missed the bit in the menu and the manual is useless.
