According to Haynes so not gospel F1 is Radio, F2 Engine control unit.
Don't forget the fuse box under the bonnet.

It would help if you could give a bit more information eg Did it just refuse to start, had you done anything to the van before hand, is the key being recognised, What power do you have in the van if at all.
That sort of thing then some one may come up with help.

First make sure your battery is fully charged and ok, then check your wiring you could have shorted something out. Check all fuses in the bsi unit and fuses in the engine bay. If you have confused the electrics when you tried to swap the radio do a BSI reset. If you don't have remote locking skip that bit. If you had ignition on while working on the van you could have dragged the battery down and that will give you all sorts of strange readings on the dash. Do a search on BSI reset failing that turn everything off then disconnect the battery and leave for 15 minutes. Just work systematically through what you did and hopefully you will find the problem.

Did you try to fit a new or different radio?
You say it wont start, does it turn over?
If it was running before then you must have disconnected a wire somewhere or shorted one out.
How do you know the battery is full?
