Brake light/connector/fuse

Hi

My off-side tail light and brake light have gone. I've removed the cluster, but can't move the connector - I don't want to pull too hard and break it if there turns out to be some hidden catch - can anyone advise please?

Also; I found it bit odd that they both went, and thought that it might be a fuse, but I don't know how to get at the fuse box, or which one I would change anyhow. I don't have a handbook and can't find one for the M59 online

    Depress the wire clip and pull connector
