And yeah, there's a lot of crappy ones one the market.
Luckily, they're mostly standarddised so many parts stores have them in stock, so that you can see them before buying.
I find that a smear of dishwashing liquid in the holes help the rubbers go on pretty easily.
I also give them a dash of silicone spray(the same you use on rubber door seals) every year, just on the off chance that it'll help them last longer.
