hello ive just joined will post some pictures off my van once i work out how lol! im the proud owner off a 2004 M59 berlingo which im just in the final stages off my conversion ive fitted a 1.9td citroen zx volcane engine and box fitted with a t25 garret turbo xantia inlet and custom fmic,306 gti 6 front brakes,apex uprated shocks xsara vts front springs i had fun to say the least finding out the differences between the engine bay off this van and my old faithfull zx which surrendered to tin worm lol. but the engine is fitted as per mk1 berlingo (inclinded back against bulkhead instead off the bolt upright postion off the weasing lump off turd dw8) and its hilarious seeing the look on peoples faces when a berlingo wets all over them at the trafic lights!!
if you need any technical help drop me a pm i can tell you how to mod the td flywheel to avoid eco mode curse engine mounts ect wiring ive seen lots off speculation and long ways round these problems!
