[WTB] drivers seat

wanted mk1 berlingo multispace (51)drivers seat not bothered of colour as long as the seat is in good condition. as close to essex as possible please.

Most likely so ..... mine is '55 and the rear seat mounts are bolted vertically, front seat mounts are bolted horisontally with bolt facing the rear.  I changed my seats as they were a poor design in my opinion and went for Rover seats which needed bespoke brackets which fortunately I was able to make however I am reliably told ( Ron ) that the later seats perhaps 2007 / 08 are much better again than 53-56 models, hope this helps.

i can get hold of a seat from a 54-58 mk2 model.is it possible to change over the runners? as the mounting is different

Cannot help with swopping seat runners sorry ..... I've seen runner spot welds ground off to remove them and then weld back on a fit different - I think on here somewhere when different seats were fitted.
