New stereo with some stuff.

I got a berlingo 03 mod I wanna remove the orignal stereo and put in a new one, but I have that screen and a button thing right with the steering wheel (right with the windshield wiper button thingy). Like this:

So I'm just wondering; Do I need extra wires for that? Or are they already there and I can use them on a new stereo and the pin-thingy with the steering wheel and the screen will work just fine?

Are you asking if an after market radio can be used with the column stalk and dash display ? Here is a thread with some information which might help and you can get adaptors to connect the column stalk to some makes but the dash display will not work but the radio fascia should show you what is playing if it is a decent unit.
