Hello wonder if anyone can help me I'm looking for a cheap diagnostic scanner to clear a engine fault with my Multispace VTR HDI 1560cc Diesel (2010), the light has came on a 1 week ago but then disappeared and has now its returned. I had the issue 2 years ago and a local garage cleared the code, I've no issues with the car but would like to see if there is any underlying problems that need to be resolved.
Thanks

I use an app called Torque that talks to the ECU via a Bluetooth dongle. Have a search on the forum as this subject has appeared several times and others have posted different inexpensive solutions.

A cheap EOBD reader will usually only read / clear engine faults.
You usually don't get live data, or read the other systems such as ABS, Airbags etc:
Just bear that in mind when making your choice.
