2010 Berlingo Multispace VTR 23000 miles....can the forum please explain any reasons for the large amount of rumbling and noise that appears to be emanating from the rear suspension especially over rough surfaces, is it a design fault or do I have a problem? Thanks

My 58 plate XTR also has "clunky" rear suspension, I've not tracked down the cause yet (warmer weather job) but I have noticed that if I have weight in the boot the noises largely disappear. Not too concerned about it, apart from the aggravation factor.

What tyres are fitted and what pressure is in them ?

215 55 16 97W XL on mine @ 40lb pressure. I found it handles a lot better with higher pressures

Recommended tyres set at 35psi?   Going in for service tomorrow so will pound Citroen ear drums, as even after reading all past Forum posts no-one appears to have a definitive answer (except for one broken spring).
For me its unacceptable, as the noise is always apparent irrespective of ;load, on rough roads!
