went to fit my gti6 set up today and the carriers touch the hub and don't line up and seem to small for the new discs
cars a 2004 2.0hdi

Thats strange, i have gti6 brakes on my berlingo and fit no bother at all. everything is interchangeable so should go straight on. Can you get some pics of the problem your having? To me is sounds like the same problem you get when you fit gti6 brakes on a 106, you have to grind down a bit of the caliper so it doesn't hit the hub

That's what I was thinking the berlingo one has a bend and the 306 one is flat. I'll take some pics tomorrow I put the original stuff back on so I could get the car moved

Must be the same setup as like on a 106, you will have to grind away a little bit of the carrier, don't worry about it, it won't affect the brakes at all. Done it plenty of times myself. Got to take a good bit off it tho, just keep taking abit off and trying it, you will get there

got side tracked just relised the wifes jimny needs mot this week. going to have a go at it tomorrow
do you think it makes a difference what year the berlingo is and what gti calipers you use

No pics of the number but if you'd is the 106 style hub & strut it will need grounded to fit where mine is the 306 hub setup
