Had a Berlingo 4 weeks now
#1
Hiya, new to this and to Berlingo's

Had my 4x4 written off by a reckless lorry driver

Having a few problems with the B though so going to spend some time having quick look round on here

Was only going to be temporary car but slowly getting to like it!

What happened with the lorry?

Hopefully you'll like us gradually too and stay around Smile

Hiya Andre, coming off motorway he cut across two lanes into the side of me and took out the back of my 4x4, still have the whiplash and nightmares to prove it

And I'll stay around I think : ) it seems the locks problem I've had is not an unusual one but paying out for that, two sections of new exhaust and now motor going on rear wiper, not too impressed with it so far. Its very basic compared to what I had, no central locking/electric windows etc but have to see that as less to go wrong!

Going to be needing replacement drivers seat soon as can now feel the metal but will try and source one from breakers yard hopefully

Yeh or give eBay a shot too. If you post in our wanted section members will always keep an eye out for you also.

Some lorry drivers seem to think they are driving 3 doors why way they throw them about.

Highway maintenance lorry, should know better as he probably sees lots of accidents caused by idiots like himself

But thanks for the ebay tip off, have to find some closer to home though! Breakers yard not too far from here so can also try them out too but will try and find that section and post a wanted - thanks for the tip off

Hope this helps!

Hi Ali and welcome aboard.

Hopefully you'll be over the accident soon, and as mentioned before, eBay is probably your best bet.

If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.

Thank you for your kind messages, locks and exhaust all done, cam belt booked for Wednesday and still looking for drivers seat and sensible priced rear wiper motor but have some spare time over the weekend and will try breakeryard.com and 247 etc, have used them both before and impressed by service
