Did the full strip out this weekend, Lots of plastic....Decided to lift the rear carpet as well. its up to 30mm thick in places. I had to nip down to the shops..What a noise ! Could even hear the fuel sloshing around in the tank !

I thought about lining with flashband with some insulation, then had another thought, why not just leave in the factory fitted carpet/insulation.... So thats what I'll do, I'll be overlaying a 12mm plywood board over the top. I'll strip the insulation in a couple of places and lay in some battens to take out any bounce.

I noticed that vans have different plastics in the back, around the wheel arch, would they fit here? would make lining easier....

Interesting to see the vent with the floppy rubber flaps in the lower corner, obviously something to do with airflow thro the vehicle

Some minor progress to report. I now have most everything I need to complete, picked up furniture board and trim from Magnum Motorhomes.

Stripped out my mockup, (I think its all going to fit....), and laid in the wiring. going to be provision for 12v and 240v.

All wiring is in trunking and was a pain to route ! I labeled everything (for me and any future owner), Also cut the hole in the floor for the gas dropout, 907 Camping Gaz bottle. Onwards and upwards
