central locking

Hi i am having problems with my central locking and interior light.

2003 berlingo van 1.9 D

My central locking works with my key all doors lock and unlock ok but they dont lock or unlock with the buttons on my key fob or the button on the dash also my interior light does not come on when i open any doors but i can turn it on manually at the light.
i have put a new battery in my key fob and turned the ignition on and held the button in for 10 seconds still dont work.

Any help would be appreciated
